Hi there, I'm Kristine... and I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Master Certified Transformational Life Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. I am fascinated with health, fitness, mental & emotional well-being, and personal development. My mission is to empower everyone I meet to achieve clarity, balance, purposeful living, and vibrant health. I started Live Well With Kristine, LLC as a way to share my knowledge and support people to take charge of their lives, improve their relationships with food and exercise, and create sustainable healthy habits that last.
I graduated from UCLA with a double Bachelors of Science in Physiological Sciences and Psychobiology. I was also the Athletic Trainer for UCLA Gymnastics, Women’s Water Polo, and Women’s Soccer and had the honor to work with National Championship athletes while at UCLA. In addition, I taught Krav Maga self defense and group fitness classes such as kickboxing, circuit training, strength and conditioning, and mobility for over 15 years. I loved the impact my classes were having on my students and realized that I had more to offer. I then decided to continue my education and earn multiple coaching certifications to be a master in effective habit change, mindset shifts, nutrition, self-empowerment, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Through one on one coaching, group coaching, workshops, webinars, and classes, I feel so lucky to have helped hundreds of people transform their health & well-being, personal & professional happiness, and sense of self worth.
