FAQ
What if I’m currently taking medication for a health condition?
Most doctors are more than thrilled and actually prefer to have their clients work with a Certified Health Coach. Sometimes I even work in collaboration with your doctor to help you achieve the best results.
What if I’m not local?
All the sessions are done over the phone or via video chat so that is not a problem! Thank goodness for technology!!!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
This program is able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. I have worked with clients who were Vegan, Vegetarian, Ketogenic, Paleo, Lactose-Intolerant, Celiac, etc. Nutrition is one piece but a big part of this program is working on your mindset.
What if I am unable to workout?
If you have a condition or injury that is preventing you from working out, that doesn’t have to stop you from being the healthiest version of yourself. In fact, that is more reason to take care of your health. I have many work arounds and plenty of other areas to focus on to get you results.
What if I don’t have access to a gym or equipment?
There are plenty of ways to get in workouts that don’t involve a gym or any special equipment. We will find a movement that you are able to do and enjoy.
What if I don’t know how to cook?
Don’t worry! Many of my clients have started my program not knowing how to cook and then through this course, we find a way and make it happen. You will learn as you go and I promise the journey will be so much fun. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to create delicious healthy meals and by the end of the program, you’ll have different habits and rituals… like making your own meals. This not only translates to better quality food in your body but also more money in your pocket!
What if I don’t want to give up chocolate… or wine?
You can still have chocolate… and wine!!! My program does not involve depriving yourself because there is no pleasure in deprivation! When we say we NO to certain foods, this only causes you to want it more and most likely a binge when you fall off. You will learn to have balance and eat well and enjoy your chocolate and wine too! ;)
What if I’m extremely busy?
I have successfully coached tons of busy professionals, working moms, working students, etc. My specialty is helping the busiest of people find time to take charge of their health. It’s often the busy ones that need this because it forces you to actually focus on you. Together, we will find a way to make you a priority within the context of your busy lifestyle. Most people are surprised to discover that they feel trapped by their lives, their families, their jobs. This is empowering you to take charge of your life and your health without compromising everything else. The reason my clients get great results with this program is because we’re consistently considering how this all fits in - with family, friends, holidays, parties, otherwise it’s like pushing a boulder up hill. You may feel like you have to choose between your health plan and going out with friends. Well, that’s not fun or sustainable. In this program, I’m committed to having it be sustainable, easy, and fun.
